1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Frayvio, a language-learning app operated by Kaya Core, Inc. (“Frayvio”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Frayvio.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Frayvio. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may sign up with an email and password, or with Apple or Google. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Acceptable use

Frayvio is a competitive, social app. When using it, you agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in duels, leagues or the leaderboard;
• choose a username or profile content that is offensive, misleading, infringing, or that impersonates another person;
• harass, abuse or harm other users;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its servers;
• use Frayvio for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or remove accounts, reset progress, or adjust rankings that violate these rules.

5. Purchases, gems and subscriptions

Frayvio may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual items such as gems and premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you rather than sold. Except where required by law or by Apple’s policies, purchases are non-refundable, and refund requests are handled by Apple.

6. AI-powered features

Frayvio’s conversation practice and pronunciation scoring use automated speech recognition and language models. These features are provided to help you practise and are generated automatically — they may contain mistakes and should not be relied on as professional translation, certification or instruction. Please use your own judgement.

7. Intellectual property

Frayvio — including its lessons, content, design, software and trademarks — is owned by Kaya Core, Inc. and protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own language learning. You may not copy, sell or redistribute any part of Frayvio without our permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using Frayvio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. On termination your right to use the app ends; sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

Frayvio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will make you fluent. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaya Core, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Frayvio. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Frayvio evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Frayvio after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
