Frequently asked questions
How do I switch or add a language?
Open Settings → Manage languages to add a new course or switch your active one. Your progress in each language is saved separately, so you can come back to any of them.
I've run out of stamina — what now?
Stamina refills over time — one point every 25 minutes, up to five. You can also top it up from the Shop, or keep going with practice that doesn’t cost stamina. Stamina is there to encourage careful answers, not to block you for long.
How do duels work?
A duel is a fast, head-to-head quiz against another learner. Both speed and accuracy count — answer quickly and keep your combo alive. Wins raise your rank and move you up the weekly leagues.
What are leagues?
As you earn XP you climb from Bronze through Silver, Gold, Sapphire and Ruby up to Diamond. Your current tier shows on your profile, the leaderboard and duel screens.
Conversation practice or the microphone isn't working.
The speaking features — pronunciation scoring and conversation practice — need microphone permission and an internet connection. Check that Frayvio has microphone access in your device Settings, then try again.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings inside the app and choose to delete your account. This permanently removes your account and learning progress. See our Privacy Policy for how data deletion is handled.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the Shop and choose Restore Purchases. In-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so they carry across your devices. Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.
